Jay boarded out our loft, made the hatch larger, installed a loft ladder and also built us an external lean-to down the side of our house allowing us to make an otherwise waste of garden space highly useful. Jay is first class. Highly recommend him. He fitted a new loft hatch, was meticulous and neat, gave advice on other jobs we have in mind and went over and above by staying later than planned. We’ll be booking him in for other Joinery jobs.

Jay made some lovely wooden garage doors to replace a battered and broken old up and over. He also re-roofed two shed and put weather boarding and facia on the garage. Jay works hard, is very friendly and accommodating. Wouldn’t hesitate to call on him again.

Jay was very professional brought his own dust sheets which covered from the door all the way to landing and did a fantastic job of installing our new loft hatch and ladder.

We have hwd work done by Jay a few times and already booked him for more work. We have had doors fitted, loft hatches and attic boarding done in two houses. His standard of workmanship is exceptional. He is neat and tidy. Prices very good too. Trustworthy and generally a lovely person. Jay fitted a loft ladder a few months ago, along with some boarding in the loft. After a quick chat, he sent a quote over which was very reasonable. Started work on time, left no mess and even took out and replaced a light fitting for me for nowt. Definitely recommended.

Jay boarded up my loft and did an amazing job. He can do as much or as little as you want and is reasonably priced. He also installed a loft ladder, LED light and explained how to get in and out of the loft. Would highly recommend him - was friendly professional and tidy.

Jay completed a loft conversion for storage and some outside composite decking for us. On both occasions he did a great job. Everything was completed ahead of time and the work was completed to top standard. Couldn’t recommend him enough!

Excellent service and quality

Jay installed a loft ladder, LED light and boarded our loft. All work was carried out to a fantastic standard, as expected with Jay. However, it was the attention to detail such as installing "Loft Lids" on all our downlights which will help towards keeping the heat in whilst maintaining the safety of the lighting units, which put Jay's work a cut above. Highly Recommended.

I first Met Jay in July 2021 to have our loft fully boarded out to give us much more storage and what a great job he did, since then I have had Jay, build us a Lean-To on the house so I have side storage for bikes etc, then we had Jay build us a log store which was also fantastic! In the past week Jay has insulated and cladded the entire inside of my garden cabin as during the heatwave it reached 42.7 Degrees in there so was just unusable, Jay fully insulated the floor, ceiling, walls all new flooring timbers and then carpet tiled the whole cabin, it looks amazing!! and now the temperature is far, far better! I would recommend Jay to everyone and already do to my friends, family and clients, I will add more photos to this review as soon as I can. Once again Thankyou Jay for your amazing work!!
